What is "Make 'em cord" in the movie “Mystery Train” (1989)?

Question

He appears to say to the clerk “Two bottles of Butcher’s. Make ‘em cord.” If this is indeed what he says, what does “make ‘em cord” mean?

Answer

Not "cord." He says "make 'em quart." Meaning quart bottles rather than fifth bottles which are 4/5 of a quart or one fifth of a gallon.
